Wisconsin’s 54th District
District 54 is located within eastern Winnebago county and encapsulates most of the Oshkosh area, situated between Lake Butte des Morts and Lake Winnebago along the Fox River. Oshkosh is also a busy college city, center of the internationally-beloved EAA Air Venture, and is home to nearly 67,000 Wisconsinites (2020).
